TN: 2001 Seppelt Chalambar Shiraz

A deep dark purple color with a rich nose of berries, hints of black pepper corns, herbs and pencil shavings. A medium palate with silky tannins, good persistence and a wonderful core of spicy licorice wrapped in layers of coffee beans and leather with hints of soy and meat on the finish. A wonderful style that I just simply enjoy.
