I received an email from Eurocave about a competition to win one of these units.

I'm always in for a competition, so I thought I'd look at the prize. Found it to be a fairly nifty little item that you can open two bottles of vino and attach them to it. Then it will dispense wine by the glass and keep it at the correct temperature for up to 10 days, without degradation.

Unfortunately, I could not think of a use for it...maybe as a Christmas present?

For $595 it does the same as the Vacu Vin does for $20 (as long as you have a wine fridge).
