Castelli Riesling 2015

Pale straw in colour. Lemon-lime with a hint of rose and ginger. The palate is really well balanced, with clean but not prominent acid supporting the fruit. Some Rieslings can be sharply acidic at this age, but this is looking good now.
Wine, women and song. Ideally, you can experience all three at once.
