Can anyone help me add an Avatar?

I was wondering if someone might be able to help me add an Avatar? I have an image I really like so I spent some time figuring how to shrink it down to 60 x 70 pixels and 4 K, but whenever I try to submit it, either as jpg or png, I get 4 error messages regarding a header and a question mark instead of the image. It seems I know even less about computers than I know about wine.

Hey Bob,

I've just tested it out and I'm getting the same error, nothing you are doing wrong by the sounds of it, one for the site administrators to look after since it sounds like a directory permissions problem.

Here are the errors in question -
