Casual Pinot Offline 1 Oct - Sydney

Post by pc79 »

Hi All,

Is anyone interested in a casual pinot focussed offline in Ashfield Thursday 1st October for a feast of duck and dumplings?

SHANGHAI NIGHT (the dodgy fluro lit one opposite Crocodile Farm hotel) 275 Liverpool Rd Ashfield 6:30pm kick off: 0423153554 if you're having trouble finding it.

Let's do this! Blind

5. dave vino
6. Bobthebuilder
7. Dingozegan

I think we'll leave it at 10-11. Quite a small venue.

Pinot focus mate, but happy if you have something else that you want to bring along in the burgundy varietal theme.

Blind pinot it is.

Duck and dumplings - you are in some serious favourite food groups of mine.
I appreciate all forms of alcohol, as long as its wine.

Updated above - Shanghai Night 275 Liverpool Rd Ashfield - the fluro lit one next to the one with the (likely) crowd of people.

Yes mate, $20-100ish ideally, unless you are feeling overly generous.

Also, Croquet, blind.

I can bring Blind Tasting Covers if anyone needs them, although from memory the Rousseau Chambertin bottles are a bit of a squeeze... :D

Or you could just wrap your bottle in alfoil. Doesn't hide the shape but good at a pinch.

Would love to come but we're not it the best of shape for wine and Chinese food unfortunately :(

Hope you all have fun!!

No troubles David,
Does anyone else want to step up to the plate? Booked for 6:30pm - Bobthebuilder, are you still good to go? At present, 7 people confirmed.

Hi guys,
Sorry for the late reply, I am still in.
Hope you and Lauren get better, the stomach bugs have been right through our family a few weeks back and they are horrid
