Top "marks" to Mark Day, winemaker at Koltz.
I tasted and purchased some excellent Koltz wine when in McLaren Vale at Easter and got a faulty one. Emailled the winery and a replacement is in the mail. How good is that!
Well done Koltz and Mark Day

I don't know if Mark or how many of his wine maker colleagues check the forum but it is great to acknowledge them when they do the right thing - which from the many posts is most of the time.
Wouldn't it be great if at the end of each year we (the wine consuming community) could send them some sort of certificate to put at their cellar door tanking them for the way they handle our drinking problem.
