A deep opaque purple color and quite a floral nose with hints of espresso coffee, plums, underbrush and leather. The palate has some lovely rasberry, plum and coffee flavours on entry with soft tannins and a generous length.
Cheers

A good start Mark...but please finish the tasting note as I am very interested in this wine. Is it good?

Finish ...???

Sometimes I am inspired and will ramble on but in this case I was pushed for time to write the note and ran out of steam.

I liked it alot, something pleasant to have at the dinner table with family but not something I would take out for a special occassion. A very nice wine but nothing extraordinary.
Cheers

....and I Thank You for that. On release this wine received appraisal but 2003 onwards the opinions were divided. More and more people had a similar experience to you.
ps: Keep up the steam Mark because I read and count on you all the time!
Cheers,
Attila
