TN: 2001 Lashmar 3 Valleys Shiraz

Hmmm... Nice wine. I don't normall get on the computer at this time of night, but I was just sitting here riding shotgun on the charity auction as it comes to its conclusion and sipping on a deliciously savoury wine and thought I would like to share it.

I was a bit put off by the nose, it smells of overly ripe fruit but on the palate it is full bodied and predominatingly soy, tobacco and tar with a looong finish. Very nice, this will go with the spag bol the other half is putting together very nicely.
