Visiting with wife's family over Easter, need to call into Adelaide storage to pull a few bottles.
Had the following picked out, what would you go for?
Would be going for about 4 bottles.

Have a 1979 Seppelt Para the wife gave me on my 30th, i'm ok to drink it but shoudl I go or should I wait?
If I go, any serving suggestions?

Re: Port, stand upright for a day or so, pop and pour, maybe with a filter if there is a lot of sediment.
