This wine went down way too easy. Dark and broading, beautiful fruit, silky and some lovely tanins. These wines need a month or two to settle down and show their true potential. First one was very corked and the next one was OK but not great.

Thanks Ian I opened the bottle 3 hours before I tasted and there was absoluteley no hint of TCA and the wine had no fruit no tanins nothing. As "Steve" said the cork was white which would mean the wine has just been bottled !! The question is was this the same as the Adelaide Show Wine ? Cheers Martin
