This is a sad development. I knew Cinco didn't BYO on Friday and Saturday nights, but wasn't aware that E'cco had gone down the same path.

Rens had masked his first wine with an individual label (hopefully Ian can provide a bottleshot). A couple of us thought the nose suggested Grenache but the cola and cherry on the palate pointed to a cool-climate Shiraz to me. Wrong! Turned out to be the 2007 Amisfield RKV Pinot Noir . Nice drop.
