I also think these need 8+ years to show their best, which is strange for a $20 wine. The 1er actually drinks better sooner for mine, but still needs 3-5

Another vote for Kooyong Chardy - Faultline and Farrago both fantastic. And Moorooduc Pinot from Mornington.

Gembrook Hill and Wanderer Pinot from Yarra.

Flametree SRS Chard from Margaret River.

Freycinet PN, Holyman Chard from Tas.

Another vote for the 06 Leasingham Classic Clare here. As good as I've had. Went the 12 Bests for Xmas day. Not too shabby either. Give it another few years

2012 Dexter Pinot Noir. Really good, but a few years off its best. Best sip was the last. Two more, try again in 4 years.

2012 Bowen Cabernet. Acid needs to settle some, but classic Coonawarra goodness here with plenty to come. Will buy a few for cellaring. Looking forward to the Wynns 12 release next week.
