Most retailers I know will never sell bottles with damaged caps, or *any* damage for that matter. Distributors will just improve their handling or storage facilities if they receive excessive complaints about damage. Sometimes I do wonder about hidden agendas behind some of these reports. That would be a great idea! Maybe even have different categories, eg by region & varietals.
