Bought a Leibheir multi zone 5 weeks ago. 176 bottle capacity I think. Got a heck of a deal from Clive Peeters and saved around $1200 on their list price.

I was very restrained. Left it at least 4 months, with a bit of topping up along the way. I have just added a 375ml bottle of STanton & Killen aged Muscat to the Grant Burge in the barrel. Improved it to my taste, but will leave it another 4 weeks to see how it develops. I decanted some from the...

I initially used Bulk Port from Chambers Rosewood in Rutherglen. Resulted in a great drop. Decided to try bulk from Grant Burge Barossa. Still nice but think I prefer the result from Chambers.
