We received some 16.5 Baume Shiraz from Aldinga Beach (McLaren Vale) last weekend. An interesting vintage from many perspectives this year.

Maybe that is the greatest aspect of Screwcaps, the quick and easy twist-off? Beware of your fingers though, the edge can be very sharp! My mind has drifted to possible legal issues..
