Its wines like that from a drought vintage that is widely shunned as mediocre at best, that really shows why the Clare Valley is really the jewel in the crown of Shiraz growing districts in South Australia.

Look out for a stunning new release of the 2005 Jim Barry 1st 11 from their Coonawarra Vineyard, their first release of this since 2000
