Since the temperature in your wine storage facility is a bit high, I'm sure that your wines will mature a bit faster. As long as teh temperature is not much higher than that, the chances of spoiling your wine are almost null.

Matching a white wine with red meat may seem to contradict well established rules that say that only chicken or fish melts with white wine and that red wine goes with red meat. Personally, I don't follow this rule so strictly and have enjoyed wonderful fish dishes with a well rounded red syrah wine ...

Australia is the new paradise for wine lovers and I'm sure that you'lll find lots of very nice Australian wine places.

Hi!! Majella 2002 Syrah is really a good buy. It's tasteful, round, nicely scented. I've tried it with red meat and with pasta too and it blended wonderfully well.

Yes, definitely!!! New Zealand merlot has to be considered!!! Fruity, soft.... really sophisticated.

Why don't you try looking for some French Merlot?

Hi! I totally agree with you. I also hate it when wine reviews are not updated. Big wineries that offer this kind of service to the clients should be careful about this and update the information. Customer service they call it.
