Can you expand on the 'Covid reasons' as Gavin is a direct marketer.
Rick was sent a wholesale list and, at that time, he was not accepting and more suppliers to be listed. This was in 2021? and during COVID peak.
We will approach Rick again. Cheers

2006 Cepparello TCA link
2 bottles under screwcap in 2 different countries with the same result.
Since the producer was willing to bottle and sell faulty wine I have never bought another one.

Jamie,
It would be a shame to send your good cellared bottles to auction only to know that they would fetch the same price as others stored under the bed.
Provenance is a great swapping or exchange plus.

I’ve had three 99 Wendouree Shiraz and they were exceptional. Professionally cellared
]
Doesn't matter how well cellared if the cork is at fault.
97 and 98 have been the 2 worst vintages for cork faults in my experience.
No wonder they changed to Guala screwcap.

If asked "Is DIAM cork?" by a stranger, I suspect most of us would caveat the response. Absolutely a grey area. For us who have unfortunately had to take an interest in this subject, most would see DIAM as a separate product to cork, screwcap and vinlok type glass seals. Diam is an extrud...
