Hillstowe winery

Does anyone know what happened to this winery, i know the brewing giant lion nathan bought its parent company Banksia wines, but after that i can't find anything else.

Lets just say I have never had a wine I've hated, but there are some I would rather not taste again....

Think there were plans for it to be an export brand. Dont know if it happened though.
