This has hit other boards too.

Perhaps it changes wines in some way, but so do other techniques like micro-ox. It strikes me that this is not something that can be easily reproduced outside a lab, so could be turned into a great piece of marketing to the gullible, and no on be would ever be able to prove conclusively whether it had had any effect. Read closely - although the names are from China and New Zealand, the article seems to be driven out of India. Where everything is exactly as it seems and everyone tells the truth all the time. :-)

Will it turn your 2006 Latour into an instant 1961? Not likely.

Although still a fairly youthful collector, there is nothing better than opening up that gem you’ve been keeping back for that aging magic (or the @%%#$#&% when you find it corked). A quick fix just isn’t the same. Suppose that’s what the old cork vs screwcap argument was a few years back.
