Nice BYO restaurant in Melbourne?

I need to know of some nice restaurant in Melbourne (not too expensive) that I can take my wife for our one year anniversary.

Any would do with a steak Perhaps the St Hugo.

These guys used to have a phenomenal wine list, especially on the French side. Why not try summat from there. Red wines from Cahors, Languedoc, and southern France in general need not break the bank!

It's a great concept. Especially for those of us that put as much value on the wine as the food, but don't like to pay too much for it..
Food is modern Australian. Some very interesting influences with a bit of French and Italian and a sprinkle of Asian flavours.
Personally, I rat ethe food at about 7.5/10. Up there with the good restaurants, but not exceptional.
Why do people ruin perfectly good Shiraz by blending it with other varieties? Oh the humanity of it all......
