Forswear thin potations!...drink tannat!

Every day we seem to read that the medical establishment is advising us to drink less and less, even nothing for women who have a bun in the oven or even a man with a twinkle in his eye.
So it's good to see some balance back in the discussion.

tells a refreshing tale of a man who has been told by his cardiologist to drink three glasses of good red wine a day. Not thin potations like rose or Shiraz, proper wines like Malbec, or especially Tannat. These varieties have plenty of those polyphenols to fix up and protect out tickers.
