Well, I've never been so nervous in my life. Here is my first public tasting note. Apologies in advanced to the guys that do this well and to the wine industry in general.

Rich ruby color, combined with a sweet berry bouquet seduced the senses leading to a strong sense of anticipation as the glass came closer to a meeting with my lips.

The flavour containing strong berries with a hint of white pepper lingered to create a long drying finish.

Can't wait to finish off the bottle tonight and see how it's changed in 24 hours. I almost feel like I'm sneeking out to see my mistress.

Well done and welcome aboard, that really wasn't too hard was it?
Cheers

Life's too short to drink white wine and red wine is better for you too! :-)

A very Mills & Boon approach to the traditional tasting note....great stuff.

Look forward to plenty more.
