I will hold an Australian Wines Dinner in HK among the local friends. Here is my proposed wine list.
Leo Buring Eden Riesling 1998
Penfolds 95A 1995
Bannockburn Chardonnay 1996
Coldstream Hill Reserve Pinot Noir 1998
Parker Estate Merlot 1998
Orlando Jacaranda 1987
Hardys Elieen Hardy Shiraz 1988
Henskhe Hill of Grace 1986
Dutschke 22 years tawny NV
Need to find a good Australian Sparkling wine , any good suggestion?
I prefer something easy to find in the market and not make from Shiraz.

I am assuming the Arras sparkling referred to is the Hardy release sourced mainly from Tasmania? Although I would be the first to admit I am not a Sparkling White expert, if it is the wine I am thinking of, we had this at a wine dinner last month and it failed to impress me and most at the table. I suppose vintage like any wine will make a difference and I do not recall the vintage we had that night. But hey, what would I know. For +$40 bucks a bottle I would buy a bottle of Joseph Sparkling Red instead.

I'm with AJ on this one. I've been finding the Vintage Sir James to give me much better bang for my buck. I've never looked at the Clover Hill, but my large and authoritarian collection of wine books suggest that it's worth a try!
Similarly I've got less experience with sparkling wines than anything else - which makes my knowledge base pretty pitiful really- but I'd be looking for something French and failing that the Vintage Domaine Chandon - or maybe a couple of cartons of Little Creatures Pale Ale, nothing better!

Ground control to Major Tom, take your protein pills and put your helmet on.
