What will Rumsfeld drink?

The word is that Donald Rumsfeld, US Secretary of Defence, has booked out the entire Magill Estate restaurant tonight. Will the expense account stretch to a bottle of Penfolds Bin 60A or Bin7? Will he have Parker on speed dial? Will he BYO and overpriced Napa Cabernet? Oh the questions ...

Yellow Tail and arsenic would be a good choice IMO :)

Hopefully he orders a Bin 60A that turns out to be corked - another isn't available, so they'll offer a 1995 Grange in its place for the same money!

Like the rest of the bigwigs, he'll get Grange on the house.

Its not so much a matter of what he will drink, but rather what he will admit to having drunk, whether he was drunk, or even whether he was at Magill at all. Of course any comments will only come after Rove has applied the appropriate spin. My bet is that Rummy will be shown drinking altar wine!

It will probably be a good US promotional spin for Penfolds to have a few pictures of him sampling some Grange and/or the new Bin 60A & Block 42 ...

... that is if the Secret Service allowed any pictures to be taken/released.

Cheers,
Ian

If you chaps can figure out a way to keep him for a few months, many of us in the states would be deeply appreciative.
