I am looking for good value Wine Bars/Clubs/Pubs around Sydney CBD.

10min walk from Redfern, Central, Town Hall, Wynyard, Circular Quay, St James, Museum, Martin Place, or Kings Cross.

I'll be visiting recommendations and post here over time.

Have you tried One Alfred Street at Circular Quay? I've had dinner there a few times during the week and found the selection pretty good. It's right next to the Australian Wine Centre

Not yet but I have AWC on my spreadsheet.
But its not a bar right?

No, AWC is not a bar. 'Tis a bottle shop with a very good selection of Aussie wines from all locales. In my experience there, they are a bit more pricey than other shops. One Alfred street is a restaurant/wine bar right next door to AWC. Open for lunch & dinner during the week, but closed for dinner on weekends.

How much wines by the glass at that restaurant/bar at 1 Alfred Street?

Sorry, but I've been traveling last week and was without my trusty laptop. To be honest, I don't recall the prices, but I seem to recall they were reasonable, whatever that was supposed to mean. I was on the expense account, felt I needed a treat, and knew the company wouldn't object too much if I didn't go crazy.
