How many of you living in australia invest in wine and if so do you only invest in australian wine or do you purchase other wines as well i.e Old world wines?
Also do you use en premier?

Well, there would be more wine investment in Australia if someone hadnt bought out all the 02 Dead Arm.

And it was never offered en primeur.

I would say that there are alot less investing in wine for a profit these days as there has been in the recent past.

No i was asking a genuine question.

En premier is.

"Also known as Wine Futures, En Primeur refers to the process of buying wines before they are bottled and released onto the market. Wines are usually delivered 2-3 years after the vintage, and can only be purchased by the unmixed case (12 bottles, 24 half bottles, 6 magnums).

Originally only Red Bordeaux was sold in this way, but increasingly wines from Burgundy, California, Rhône, Italy and Vintage Port are being offered 'En Primeur'."
