Has anyone tried any of the recently delivered Noon 2003s?

With such small allocations, I have kept myself away from them, but would love to hear any early indications?

I don't have any notes but if you can wait til Nov 21st, when i pick my order up from the cellar door, i might be able to give you some idea, especially with the Eclipse (i think the only one available for CD tasting). I am not great with detailed tasting notes, however i'm sure i can give you an idea of its potential.

2003 is an outstanding vintage for Langhorne and Drew Noon doesnt compromise on his crafts.
If u happened not to like the wines, I can take it off urself @ 2ndary market's prices

November 20th is the first day of CD opening. I understand that all the wines will be on tasting but the only wine for sale will be the Eclipse but in tiny amounts per person.

Had a 2002 Eclipse last weekend, wow this is impressive wine. Thick and viscous (well almost), powerful lifted black fruits with a touch of violets and cherry, lovely mouthfell and very long. I thought it was great at CD last year and this bottle confirms that.

Yes, the 2002 Eclipse is one of my personal favourites.

I love the 2002 eclipse. I think it is an absolute pearl of a wine.

I can't wait to try the 2003s.

Bye, Jackson.
