Paradise Enough 1998
I had a bottle of the 1998 Paradise Enough Pinot Noir (South Gippsland) on Saturday night, and wow what a lovely wine. It had nice earthy aromas followed on by a beautiful palate of raspberries and strawberries with a hint of forrest floor. The finish is long. It also has quite a few years ahead of it, although it is probaly close to its peak now.
vinuto paradiso
thanks for the reco.
any pinot forma tiny winery that holds up nicely after 6 years
is a fair rap. i love Sarsfield's Wines a bit further north-east in Gippsland.
they have balance, age better than ok and are very food friendly.
definetly a winery to watch.
