TN: Howard Park Chardonnay 2022

G'day
Medium yellow in the glass. Quite a powerful nose of yellow peach, nectarine, a little citrus and cashew nut. The palate has more of the stone fruits, and is well supported by cedary oak, which also provides a slight tannic grip. Acid is clean and refreshing without being sharp. Reasonably long finish and well balanced overall.
One of my favourite mid-priced W.A. chardonnays, and one that ages very well in the better vintages (of which this is one), and is consistenly very good.
Cheers
