85 Miskin for fine dining.
($15 corkage) but we always do a haggle and have it down to $7.50 tonight- our offline is there tonight and most other times we have one.

Dear Duck in Auchenflower is another such establishment-have not been for a while, so may pay to check this out.

Rhubarb Rhubarb at Woolowin does Byo for reasonable corkage if you're on the Northside. Great food - never had anything but top notch food there. I'm particularly fond of their eye fillet - the do it in clarified butter. It truly melts in your mouth.

I've enjoyed Sprout at Auchenflower, French/Australian, fairly casual restaurant (I like the room); I've always had good service and quality for a local restaurant. Glassware fairly good, but you can always byo glasses. Corkage is $5 per person on their website!

Two Small Rooms on Milton Road is BYO, though I haven't been there for years, so no idea about the current quality.

I don't know any to recommend in the actual city - any that you still know of in the city, Michel?

This is a sad development. I knew Cinco didn't BYO on Friday and Saturday nights, but wasn't aware that E'cco had gone down the same path.

Malt in the city still allow BYO on Tuesday nights as far as I know.

The Roman Empire at Carindale permit BYO wine every night. Though it's more cafe than fine dining.

A ringing endorsement from the other side of the country for 85 Miskin. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Brisbane for an offline.
Wine, women and song. Ideally, you can experience all three at once.
