Christmas Wine Presents

Post by Phil H »

I hope you are all having a good Christmas. Fortunately being difficult to buy presents for, I am more than happy to receive good quality wine. This year I received a selection of wines from the Orange region(sisters live there), and a small collection of French Wine, along with Arras EJ Late Disgorged 2001, a wine that I have not tried before.
What have you received as gifts?

Nothing wine related for me. I think all my family and friends are too scared to even attempt. hahaha. :)

Nice score...quite enjoy Bloodwood. Look out for their 'Maurice' and their rose: Big men in tights. Or something to that effect. Confected, sweet and a real thirst breaker. :D

Cheers

A few bottles of WA Cabernet and the 2014 Wine Annual.
I always enjoy Jeremy Oliver's take on wine trends and issues. His Palate is also top notch.
On a side note I see the previous drinking window for the 1996 Bin 389 (2008-2016) has change slightly to 2026-2036. Woops.
