Help me drink some wine ?

Post by markg »

I need to have a tasting to determine quality and reassure provenance of a load of wine just come in. Probably over two days 23rd and 24th November.

Wines for tasting:
2004 Cullen Diana Madeline
2005 Balnaves The Tally
2003 Mount Mary Quintet
2003 Domaine A Cabernet
2006 Grant Burge Meshach
2002 Moss Wood Cabernet

Awww.... fly :)

Looks like I will now be adding 09 Rockford Basket press and maybe a Stags Leap Cabernet into the tasting.

When I saw the container on Facebook, I thought it was a bit of marketing. But the container has actually arrived!
You need to move to Qld Mark (although wine auction businesses can't be run under our draconian liquor licensing laws unless you own a pub)
never underestimate the predictability of stupidity

Of course.. plus its a reefer (turned off 5 minutes before hand) and only took 30 minutes to unload... not an issue.

Mark what a pity I will be at the test both days, perhaps I can leave my guest and pop out for few hours.

The tasting went very well, thank you everyone who came.

Pity you couldn't make it Gavin but I understand that husbandly duties take priority (cough.. cough)...
