Kitchener wine frides

Post by Chad »

I know this is a topic that has been flogged like a dead rabbit on this forum BUT........

I am considering purchasing a Kitchener wine fridge and looking at either the Peltier range or the Chatelet range. Any constructive advice and/or experiences on either of these options would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Had a 252 peltier unit for about 8 years - no real problems, good service if u call and they answer ur probs over the phone, no oxidised botts, surdy, easy to find what ur looking for, look good

I have a 284 Peltier which is a little over 6 years old now and it has been fantastic. The fan burnt out a year or so ago and for $70 they posted me a new one along with a mobile number and I was talked through replacing it in less than 10 minutes. Great unit. That said it is pretty ugly, I have it in the garage so I don't care about it's looks, if you are having it on display somewhere then the Chatelet is much prettier. :)
