Rockford SVS Flaxman Shiraz - an even better nose, and slightly fuller body & greater length than the Old Block. Very good wine that seems to have some years left.

I have both these wines but the Old Block in greater numbers. Will polish them off.
Loved that drive down Krondorf Rd in the late 90's buying up BP and coming up to St Hallet's on return and saying why not? Another six pack in the back of the car and I recall the Old Block of 96 being the last that was well priced before a little excess commercialism took over at the winery in my opinion. Incidentally, I've had a lot of corked OB, graciously replaced by the winery.
