I was impressed with Larry Cherubino's 'The Yard' riesling for $20. QPR Worth a try Allan.
On a side note Grosset Polish Hill 2009 is going ridiculously cheap at one of the big chains atm.

Long story short, but Mahmoud (a regular poster) is renowned for finding very good wines at a bargain basement price-sometimes only paying a few dollars rather than a few hundred.
