Lifted nose of dusty earth and liqueur cherries. A wonderful silky palate with medium mouthfeel and layers of sweet choco-berry and licorice. Nice powdery tannins and finishing with decent length.

I tasted this wine at CD a couple of weeks ago, and i actually thought the cabernet tasted a bit green, that was my taste, was early in the day in all but i have enjoyed this wine much more in the past.

This note is dated about a month ago with dinner and I prefered it to the 2001. I can't recall any green stalkiness on the palate when I tasted it..
Cheers
