Haven't had Dr Norrie's wine, but I did try the Coolangatta Estate Tannat 2007 on the weekend. Very good. I didn't find the tannins too aggressive, and would love to try it again in around 3-4 years.

There are many compounds we need in trace amounts....like Selenium.
Do I want a 100 Times dose.?
Not particularly.Likely to be very UNHEALTHY
Idiot story......for idiots.
If you want some reservetrol Pinot Noir is surprisingly high.
If you want tannin Durif beats tannat!
