yeah and its a wine that i think is a bit scarcer than you would think. i thought id just grab a couple when i saw them - no worries type attitude. got 2 of the last 3 bottles from GG vic park. surprising...guess the trophy lifts demand but still obviously not too much of it about

The deals are flying thick and fast over here so -
12 x Campbells Isabella Rare Tokay NV ($25USD/375)

And then 2 each of RL Buller Tokay, Muscat and Tawny

A mix of single bottles of Shiraz from some of the producers that are mainly export, like the Grateful Palate R wines (2005 First Class, 2005 Grail of Lisa), and Hazyblur 2005 Baroota and 2005 Adelaide Plains, and Flinders Run 2005 Shiraz. And a few others that escape memory at present.

Plus a bunch of other stuff from USA mailing lists arrived in the last week or so Ã¢â‚¬â€œ Cayuse, Lagier Meredith, Russian Hill Estate.

After advice from the NZ crowd, I bought the following Pinots for pick up in NZ, of which I thought they were pretty sharp prices

I bought quite a few of their member's everyday drinking wines - great value at under $10 a bottle
2006 Merlot, 2002 Shiraz, 2008 Sav Blanc, 2008 Riesling

Then they have a cellar door red dozen - 2 bottles each of cellar door only stuff - Cab Franc, Tempranillo, a GSM, straight Grenache, Merlot and Sangiovese (I think).

Then a 2008 whites dozen - again 2 bottles each of Marsanne, Rousanne, Riesling, Sav Blanc etc

They are also selling Marsanne and Riesling vertical 6 packs - 2003 to 2008, so I got a couple of those with the intention of drinking at 10 years old (already half way there with the 2003s)

Plus 2 x 2005 Shiraz magnums and 2 x 2005 Cab Sav magnums to put away for a goddaughter's 18th and 21st birthdays - 2005 being her birth year.

Sharkey, you are a lucky guy, living there where you can get Tahbilk at the drop of a dollar! I have the 95, 98, 99,00,02,and 06, marsanne. I also have one single bottle of the 02 rousanne, which I desperately need to find a reason to open. I also have some red. regular shiraz and some 1860 shiraz. The latter needs a special occasion for opening too. If you find yourself on this side of the pond, yell at me and we will pull some bark.

I still have a few bottles of 80s and early 90s Cab Sav (86, 88, 91 I think) as well as a magnum of 92 Marsanne - which also needs a special occasion for opening.
