drinking is fun. it makes me feel horrible and sexy.

I am definetely going... my word of advice, spit everything if you want to be standing at the end of the day...

book yourself in to the free mcwilliams masterclasses... go on both days, because it is huge and you will need 2, if not sneaking into the 3rd (trade only) day to cover all the bases...

hope to see lots of you guys around!

i am not getting the platinum pass... it doesn't let you get in on both public open days... as a lead up however i will be going to the good food and wine show in two weeks :)

At the last Wine Australia I lined my stomach by consuming a carton of milk and half a duck. I tasted red wine for roughly eight hours, spitting everything (even Runrig and RSW, although some red fizz slips down the throat by mistake). In the last half hour I switched to fortifieds and began swallowing. I walked out completely sober and walked home.

Worth eating well before you enter, and carry some munching food with you. Fortunately, WineOz makes it easy to keep drinking water - some wine shows make it difficult.

Josie,
I suspect most people in NSW who browse this forum would be going as well as many from Interstate.

I'm going. Went in 96 and thought it finished at 4pm. Left at 7pm and had at least 1 wobbly boot on..
