Sorry, I have been slack  . We are coming but haven't chosen the wines yet. For the life of me I can't think what might go with 'white rabbit minestrone' (bunny stew), so opted for Sparkling Shiraz (Yalumba 98?) as it goes with anything, and I will bring one other. If Peter is bringing a white......hmmmm.

I am happy to leave it at the red bubbles for the mo and try to bring whatever we are lacking after Peter and Trev & Bec have decided what they want to bring. Sticky, white bubbles, tounge-cracking shiraz......?

Trev and Bec are bring:

1 x 1994 Seppelt Show Reserve Sparkling Shiraz
1 x 2002 Dutschke Oscar Semmler
1 x 2002 Turkey Flat

I guess I'd better bring some Noble One.

98 Meshack and 02 Sangioves sounds glorious :P
How about MOSTLY barossa shiraz
Dionysius would strike me down for turning away great wines.

The wines have changed for the better - 98 Meschach and 98 Filsell - chance for a comparison and some 8 songs for back up.

I will grab a bottle of local sparkles too.

Hi all

Just confirming what I am bringing. As I suggested the 98 Yalumba D 'Black' Sparkling (though I am concerned how this will fare in comparison to a 1994 Seppelts Show  ). I decided on a 91 St Hallett Old Block for our other wine :P .

I am asking a question in the main forum about decanting, as I think the Old Block (and presumably some of the others) will have thrown a crust. Graham, are there any decanting arrangement with Isis?

See you all Friday

Very Good question Michael.
I was thinking of bringing some 128 or 389s from the seventys I think with the volume of wine, decanting may present a problem for the resturant. Also I spose its not really Barrossa fruit. So hows a 97 R.W.T and a magnum of 97 Basket Press. Im still looking for a white.
Cheers

They can always decant it then clean the bottle out and pour it back in (when they run out of decanters) Dont forget we will be paying $7 a bottle.
