Bloody Parker, gives it a 98 and its disapperared of the shelves everywhere.
Rumour has it, that D'arenberg have only allocated a small amount for AU market, and have shipped most to US, where it is fetching 50% better price..
I only want 2 bottles, as I have been buying a few as a treat since 96.

So does anybody know where they may be some bottles left in the Eastern burbs of Melb?

My local 'fine wine store' in the eastern suburbs said they only recived 1 six-pack. Compare that to the 2000 of which they still have boxes lying around. Chances are its gone.

Hi All,

Here in Sydney, I have no problems in buying a 6 pack of the 2001 Dead Arm @ $60 /bottle. There is another outlet who is willing to sell me more 6 packs but @ $65 /bottle. I don't know his delivery rate to Melbourne.

I don't know what is happening to the 1998 Penfolds Bin 389 but now you can buy them at $35 /bottle.

Cheers,
Steve
