Over the last few months The Age and Sydney Morning Herald have been offering this "Essential Guide" if you ring up for it. Has anyone done so? Is it any use? Is it all ads or what?

Yeah, I ordered it but it is really a push to sell more vintecs. Basic advice and certainly nothing new for me but it was free and if you really had no clues it would be useful.
