Decanted for about four hours. Immediately recognisable nose, there are only a few wines I think I could pick out by bouquet alone and this is one. Big Clare fruit, 13.5% alc well subdued, blackberry, cassis, cherry liquer and espresso on the palate. Nice gritty tannins. I like this wine a lot. Went very nicely with a ribeye.
