Mike,

I'm always in awe of your purchases and what you drink. No rough reds. Always great vino. What do you do for a living. Rob banks? Work for Macquarie Bank? I need a career change.

Carl

Thanks Carl... the trade off is living in a tiny apartment ! Just have a humble finance job unfortunately... and an addictive buying habit ! On the plus side, I bought a huge chunk of my wines from 1990-2000 when they were (in real terms) pretty cheap and in the past 5+ years I've been selling stuff that I no longer value at the current market price... then 'reinvesting' in to wines I enjoy.

Another mother-lode coming. Bought the Vintec 120 as well, which will help organise the home space. Shelving differentiation, will also help the wife will know which wines to drink.

6 x 2011 Flowstone Queen of the Earth Cabernet Sauvignon.

Relative newcomer from Margaret River - you old hands should watch out for this one, it's on JH's stellar list!

2005 Marqués de Murrieta Rioja Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva Especial
2005 Marqués de Riscal Rioja Baron de Chirel Reserva
2011 Blue Poles Allouran
2013 Wynns Coonawarra Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Black Label

Trying to put some focus on wines that are going the 'extra-long' haul - not all of the above but couldn't resisit.
