Mine too, finally! A relief since form was posted back on 23rd June and I was seriously starting to wonder. Looks like I've managed to get the full allocation: 6x shiraz mat, 6 x shiraz, 3 x shiraz malbec, 3 x cab 2 x malbec and 2 x cab malbec. A much better result than my first go last year (where I only scored 2 x shiraz mat).
Seems most people are getting full allocations which is great.
Am a little concerned as I sent my order form on the same day as receiving it. I seem to be the person that always gets the wrong meal, incorrect order etc so I am mildly concerned.
I ordered (between myself and a mate) 4 x Shiraz, 3 x Shiraz Mat, 3 x Shiraz Malbec, 4 x Cab Malbec, 3 x Cab, 1 x Malbec
I do mildly regret not ordering more Cab based and less Shiraz based as I rarely drink Shiraz based wines...or at least much less so nowadays. Would it be considered rude to ring and ask if my order was received and ask for a slight change to the order??

Mate just call them. They're super nice folk.
There's a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore like an idiot.
They are really friendly if u do decide to call. I think they understand and appreciate how important an allocation is to buyers. This year seems to be more variation between timings but the schedule is always idiosyncratic. Last year one of my mates sent his letter a week after me and got his wine a week earlier. This year I had my wines at home 5 days before he was even chargered.
My card got charged on Monday, still haven't receive the wine yet. But This is the quickest out of the 3 years, hopefully I will get the wind on Monday.
I was told I had 4 cartons of Wendouree arrive at my cellar. I ordered 36 bottles and was charged for the allocation of 6 x each of the reds.
Anyone else order a full allocation and get 4 boxes? Trying to work out if this correct or if some missing. Would have though 3 x 12 cases showed up. Odd combo?

I even checked with the receptionist that she definitely sent them (she can't remember). I sent my Wild Duck Creek order at the same time and haven't heard from that, when do they normally go out? (via delivery not in his van)
Mine received today - everything I expected. Into the cellar with the exception of 1 x Shiraz Mataro that has been flagged for an early sample! Regarding the earlier query regarding the Wild Duck Creek, I had my allocation delivered to Adelaide around 3 weeks back. I believe personal deliveries are taking place right now. Duck is also hosting an Adelaide mailing list members tasting at the Ed tomorrow night.
I sent a letter to wendouree on monday to get on there mailing list. I recieved a letter back today with a order form. Does this mean I can purchase this years wines ?
Card charged last week and receipt in the mail today with the Oz Post tracking numbers on it so I assume the wine will be on the door step in the next few days. I got all I ordered (3 x all wines).
My wife is happy as it's one of her favourite wineries. I buy it more for her than me if I'm being honest.
Cheers Ian
If you had to choose between drinking great wine or winning Lotto, which would you choose - Red or White?

Yes...get it sent in, and I'm sure they will try to get some to you. I would heavily advise a mixed order of 12-18 bottles, with the aspiration that you get 6 (although you may get more...so be careful if spending $1K on wine by accident not the best financial move). I'd not bother ordering the Cab (it's definitely the hardest to get), but why not have a stab at the others? I have a feeling the wine that tends to get sent on a first order is the Shiraz Mataro...but I personally don't think it's a hardship (it's probably my favourite of the Wendourees).
Oh, and no CC charge for me yet. As I have got everything ordered for the past 4 years, I'm sure it will be on its way in time. I think the orders are processed by state...and this year VIC looks to be last...

I wouldn't expect to receive much, if anything, based on feedback from a Wendouree discussion in the Australian Frequent Flyer Forum. A poster on that forum joined the list earlier in July and received back a handwritten note (presumably from the Bradys) advising that chances of an allocation this year were very slim (a copy of the letter at http://www.australianfrequentflyer.com. ... 216-4.html).
Personally, I only received 2 bottles of the shiraz mataro on my first order last year, after ordering a mixed dozen and returning the order form very early in the piece.
