I am a bachelor from the 6th April until the 15th. Which means I can get off my lazy arse and organise something.

Is anyone keen for an offline during those dates?

I am open to suggestions of venues but to get the ball rolling on ideas it has been ages since I have been to Scopri.

How about an "open that bottle" theme? We all hold onto special bottles waiting for that right time or event or sufficient aging before opening. Sometimes that event/time doesn't come. Instead of letting a bottle go past it's peak, let's open it up on 8 April.

Many restaurants will be closed on Monday's, including Scorpi. Monday 6 April is also a public holiday. Does Tuesday 7 April suit everyone?

I always keep an eye out on these and would love to come to a Melbourne offline, but they always seem to fall on a bad day for me - and this Easter is a really busy time in general for work and UNI. And that Tuesday happens to be a WSET night for me. Next time, I hope!
