The wealthy chinese I know changed from rice wine and drink wine about the same as we do although they do have a penchant for Penfolds. They will have have a bottle of grange each on special occasions but stick with 389 for day to day drinking and RWT on the weekends. No coke though

If anybody can source 10 cases of 2006 RWT I'd be very grateful, seriously.

I think this was probably a bit more common awhile back (I know people in India do this as well). As the market becomes more educated on wine (and it is happening fast) , you don't hear about this happening anymore.
