6 Shiraz enthusiasts with a bottle each under wraps with a price cap of $25. The unanimous winner was Jeanneret Rank & File 2015, with joint runner ups Mollydooker The Boxer and Charle Melton Father in Law 2014. Clearly we all seem to enjoy a big shiraz !. Any one had any similar nights recently?

Thanks for the suggestion. I actually dont know this wine but will look out for it. Ive had a quick look online. Any shiraz that has "licorice" in the tasting notes seems to be right up my alley! Cheers.

Opened a bottle of 2014 Haselgrove First Cut Shiraz as was the cheapest wine in stock and needed a 1/2 bottle for Pasta Sauce. Obviously finished the rest while cooking and it reminded me what a incredible value wine this is. Prunes, plums, Rhubarb, Blueberries and the length!!! Think i paid $13.50 !!
