My vote would be for 76. Sounds like he knows how to look after this wines, so when you have an option to try a 76, you take it. Anything 80's and onwards, you can find readily available at auction at reasonable prices.

I'll probably end up with a 2010 Grange, if the St Henri is anything to go by.

The expense is relative, so I'm not worried about the prices, more so the contents.

Makes sense to have most of the financial year to sell the Icon and Luxury Collection instead of jamming it into the last quarter. They might get a few more sales through Christmas as well.

Although I might end up drinking one of them before August. What happens if I pick up a bottle between now and clinic date that I would like to add?

You can only go through a clinic once. As long as you've looked after it, you should be fine.

I've got a 76 grange that I'm keen to run through a clinic. I don't think I'll go through this years clinic, as I don't want 09 grange in there with the 76. If they could top it up with 08, then I'd go.
